    As one who has attended a number of fitness centres regularly over the last 27 years, purely for weight workouts, I have attended Healthworks Edwardstown for the last few year and have been very happy with it because
    1. Large floorspace
    2. Excellent range of equipment, with 2 sets of many machines, so you can always go on with some part of your program.
    3. Good value for a very reasonable fee
    4. Excellent opening hours
    5. Helpful staff
    6. Good parking.
    Addition: Since submitting this review the name has changed to X-Road fitness and the hours of opening have increased with key card entry with other improvements.

    Friendly staff, excellent results of training with unique weights. Happy to see all real iron weights. Boxing and cardio classes. No need to hire a trainer ever in this gym as many experts work out there.
