- notreal Happy11.01.2018★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Ordered a panel lift door before xmas, was told it might take 8 weeks because of xmas shutdown. Waited until late march for it to be booked in (4 months later). Then took the day off to be home when installed got a phone call to say the installer had called in sick so couldn't install for another week. Needless to say was very unhappy. We managed to talk to the boss and get it installed the next day, however I was not home.
They had to install an extra piece of timber to attach the door to the side of the house, but they didn't cut it the right length and does not reach the ground, looks very shabby. They also rang us at least 3 times a day to get payment out of us for the next 3 days. The actual door and motor is very nice and really happy with, but the installation and service was very shabby, I recommend being home when they install the door.
